Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and authentication credentials. If you sign in with Google OAuth, we receive your name and email from Google.

Subscription Data: If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number, CVC, or full billing details. We receive only a confirmation of payment status from Stripe.

Usage Data: We collect information about how you use the Service, including pages visited, features used, wallet addresses you choose to track, and your preferences settings.

Device Information: We may collect basic device and browser information (browser type, operating system) for analytics and security purposes.

3. What We Do NOT Collect

EdgeSignal does not collect or store: private wallet keys, seed phrases, passwords to external services, financial account credentials, or any information that would allow us to access or control your funds. The wallet addresses you track on EdgeSignal are publicly available blockchain data. We operate on a read-only basis.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to: (a) provide, operate, and maintain the Service; (b) personalize your experience, including your For You feed and preferences; (c) process subscriptions and payments; (d) send important service-related communications; (e) monitor and analyze usage patterns to improve the platform; (f) detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or security issues.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (hosted on AWS infrastructure) with enterprise-grade encryption at rest and in transit. Authentication is handled via Supabase Auth with industry-standard security practices. While we implement reasonable safeguards, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We use the following third-party services:

Polymarket: Public API data. We access only publicly available blockchain and API data.

7. Data Sharing

We may share information only in the following circumstances: (a) with service providers who assist in operating the platform (Supabase, Stripe, Vercel); (b) if required by law, legal process, or governmental request; (c) to protect the rights, safety, or property of EdgeSignal or its users; (d) in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets (you would be notified).

8. Cookies

EdgeSignal uses essential cookies required for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling them may affect Service functionality.

9. Your Rights

You have the right to: (a) access the personal data we hold about you; (b) request correction of inaccurate data; (c) request deletion of your account and associated data; (d) export your data in a portable format; (e) withdraw consent for optional data processing. 10. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or compliance purposes. Anonymized, aggregated data may be retained indefinitely for analytics.

EdgeSignal is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete it.
