1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using EdgeSignal ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. EdgeSignal reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
2. Description of Service
EdgeSignal is a prediction market intelligence platform that tracks publicly available wallet activity on Polymarket. The Service provides trade signals, confidence scoring, leaderboards, backtesting tools, and market analytics. EdgeSignal does not execute trades, hold funds, or provide custody of any assets on your behalf.
3. Not Financial Advice
The information provided by EdgeSignal is for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other sort of professional advice. You should not treat any of the platform's content as such. EdgeSignal does not recommend that any asset, security, or prediction market position be bought, sold, or held by you. Past performance of tracked wallets is not indicative of future results. Always do your own research and consult with a qualified financial advisor before making any trading decisions.
4. User Accounts
To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. EdgeSignal reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
5. Subscription and Billing
EdgeSignal offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize EdgeSignal to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.
6. Data Sources
EdgeSignal aggregates data from publicly available sources, including the Polymarket blockchain and public APIs. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data displayed on the platform. Wallet addresses tracked are publicly accessible on the blockchain. EdgeSignal does not access private wallets, keys, or non-public information.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any illegal purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Service; (d) scrape, crawl, or use automated means to extract data from the Service beyond what is permitted; (e) resell or redistribute EdgeSignal data without prior written consent; (f) use the Service to manipulate markets or engage in wash trading.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to the EdgeSignal scoring algorithm, user interface design, branding, and text — are owned by EdgeSignal and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EdgeSignal and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or capital, arising from your use of the Service. EdgeSignal is not responsible for any trading losses incurred as a result of using information provided by the platform. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. EdgeSignal does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
11. Termination
EdgeSignal may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
